Lucky To Be Gold is consistently producing 70 % overo color on solid TB, QH and Breeding Stock Paint mares and over half of his foalcrop is buckskins, palominos, duns and grullos, colors that are increasingly becoming popular.

Lucky To Be Gold is a proven sire. He is a producer of Reserve World Champion in Jr. Healing, Ima Gold Laddie who also placed 4th in Heading and 9th in Jr. Steer Stopping at the 2006 World Show! "Lucky" is also a Superior and multiple ROM producer, he had offspring finishing on the 1999 & 2000 & 2002 & 2006 APHA Honor Roll List. He was the sire of the #1 Mare in the 2002 APHA Junior Trail Honor Roll and #2 Gelding in the 2006 APHA PAC Halter Honor Roll.
